A deeply experienced Human Services management professional degreed in Psychology, and Certified Behavior Analyst with more than 35 years of executive management experience and diverse hands-on experience in organizational management, community services program design and development for Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities.

Lynn Ulerie

Co-Founder/Vice President/COO

Experienced Human Services management professional with 34 years of executive management professional experienced in organizational management, program design, Supported Living, Life Coaching, community services program design and development for Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities.

Dr. Pradeep Arora

Medical Director

Dr. Pradeep Arora

Dr. Pradeep Arora, M.D. serves as our Medical Director and is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. He provides psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults and elders. Dr. Arora has been practicing for over 35 years, coming to Jacksonville in 2001. He is affiliated with Baptist Medical Center, St. Vincent’s Medical Center, UF Health Jacksonville, and has served as Medical Director for many programs across Northeast Florida.

Dawn Bellamy

Director of Finance and Administration

Dawn has been the Director of Finance and Administration at Quality Life Center for several years. She brings over 25 years of banking and finance experience along with her, and has a burning passion for all things business. Dawn has managed several companies throughout her career, including one of her own. She is heavily involved in the community, where she has volunteered over 5,000 hours, served as Vice-President for Business Networking International, and is a member of Kiwanis. It is an honor to have Dawn as part of the Quality Life Center team.

Elizabeth Balser

Clinical Director

Elizabeth Balser serves as the Clinical Director and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Elizabeth brings years of experience and passion for all things mental health. She has provided services through private practice, community agencies, crisis management, residential and PHP services. Elizabeth received her B.S in Child Development and Family Studies from Ashland University and M.A in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University Of Akron.
