Residential Assistant

Job Duties

Provides guests with support services designed to promote a safe, secure home environment for guests to receive mental health crisis respite services for a short stay in a twenty-four-hour residential setting. Support services include but are not limited to assistance with personal care, meal preparation, transportation, behavior intervention, documentation of records, planned activities, etc.

Experience Requirements

One year of experience in medical, psychiatric, nursing, or working with persons who have mental health services. Must be 25 years of age with a clean driving record to be insurable on company vehicles and a valid Florida Driver’s License.
